POZIX (Poznań Internet eXchange) is a neutral Internet Exchange with its main node in Poznań, run since 2004 by Horyzont Technologie Internetowe (part of the Vectra S.A. group). It is a shared layer-2 fabric where internet providers, cable networks and content providers set up BGP sessions with one another and exchange traffic close to its source, regardless of their scale.
